Have you changed your mind about the products purchased?

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 you have available 14 days of time from the delivery date to communicate your wish to return the purchased products.

Subjects who cannot be classified as consumers are excluded from Legislative Decree 206/05, i.e. those who act for purposes related to any professional activity carried out, i.e. those who place an order indicating the VAT number for the invoice.

- If the reason for the return is linked to a malfunction or defect in the product, the return shipping costs are borne byKey Home Store. In all other cases, the return is your responsibility, but Customer Care is at your disposal to facilitate the operations.

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS:

• Use the same cardboard box in which you received the order. If this is not possible, use an equally secure box.

• Returned items must be in original condition, well packaged and packaged.

In case of defective products it is mandatory to attach photos in the email

Before proceeding with the next steps, wait for our return authorization email.

Once we have authorized the return, you will independently send the package to our office.

REFUND

The refund will be made through the same payment method you used for the order.
In the event of a return for a defective product, you will be refunded the total amount of the order.
In all other cases, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your order refund.

The refund procedure will begin as soon as the goods have been inspected in our warehouses or by our employees, and the sum to be refunded will be issued within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.
